Teleflex Incorporated’s third annual Global Impact Report details our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme and provides an overview of our current progress and future aspirations as a company. This report also outlines practical ways in which we seek to address evolving Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) standards in order to identify and quantify the measures of our sustainability and societal impact.

We focus on people through professional development and employee programmes centred on health, well-being, inclusion and safety, and we are enhancing our humanitarian aid and medical grants process to ensure a more effective approach. Finally, we encourage and provide volunteer opportunities in support of our local communities.
