Kick-off event of Teleflex Urology Care 2022
After a two-year break due to the coronavirus pandemic, a face-to-face kick-off event has been held again. From 16th March to 18th March 2022, colleagues from all over Europe met in Amsterdam to prepare for future tasks and set common goals – always with the focus on improving health and quality of people’s lives.
A total of over 60 colleagues from 13 countries – from sales representatives to global management – traveled to the Netherlands. The meeting point and starting point was Amsterdam, where everyone got together on a boat, which was to be our place of work and home for the next few days – for many, it was an extraordinary and interesting experience to hold meetings on the water.
Of course, the Teleflex colleagues were also allowed to visit some of the numerous Dutch highlights, such as the Zaanse Schans (open-air museum with a lot of windmills) or the town of Hoorn, which is located at Lake IJssel and was formerly a very important place during the Dutch Golden Age as one of the leading seafaring nations.
The focus was, without doubt, on you – our customers, from end users to healthcare professionals. In the numerous meetings, topics were discussed, questions clarified, solutions sought and found, future visions shared (including current intermittent catheter developments in the field of home care). Finally, after a three-day stay in the Netherlands, a very eventful and inspiring time came to an end and all employees of Teleflex Urology Care traveled back to their home countries, knowing that we have come closer to achieving our goal of improving quality and health of people´s lives.
