7th International Monoski Event for adults in Folgaria 26-28 January 2024
In January 2024, the International Monoski Event will once again take place in Folgaria in the Alpe Cimbra Ski Area, with Teleflex partnering the event for the seventh time.
Monoskiers from all over Europe will come to Folgaria to improve their skills, have fun together and share experiences with a new group of friends.
For years now, Trentino has been the chosen destination for this event because it has made tourism accessible to all, without barriers; this applies to most of the ski lifts – which can be used by monoskiers – and the many huts and hotels that are now barrier-free. The ski area has a variety of low-difficulty slopes that offer ideal conditions for learning to monoski, even for inexperienced skiers.
The Freerider Sport Events Association takes care of organising and running the event and offers several experienced ski instructors (both sitting and standing), who provide the monoskiers with individual support, depending on their experience.
The cost of participation is 320 euros per person, and this includes half board at the Muu Village Hotel, ski school, ski pass, insurance, use of equipment and transfers to and from the airport.
To make it easier for people within the group to get to know each other, participants who are travelling alone will be paired up to share a double room. Travel (by car or plane to the nearest airport to Folgaria) is the responsibility of the participants.
